Unfinished Business

15 December 2003 - The 12th Congress, now on its third and final session, is scheduled to adjourn on 12 June 2004. With barely seven months to go, the pressure is on for it to act on urgent measures that the Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council has identified in its 30 July meeting.
